Take the wage floor. Yes, the folks at the StartleGram got one from McLatchKey, as did Snooze staff from Belo. Know what? That was for full-time new hires only. That means one way around that one, of course. Nor, as far as I know, do such floors have a COLA for inflation. So, 10 years from now? Let alone 20?
